Technical Support Specialist (1st Line, Office, Day/Night)

Alfa-Bank is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to manage transaction data systems, troubleshoot issues, and maintain documentation. Alfa-Bank is a leading financial institution in Russia, providing a wide range of banking services and solutions.

• •Monitor the operation of equipment and software, identifying and resolving issues related to transaction data processing.
• •Respond promptly to failures and problems in the transaction data processing system, taking measures to resolve them and interacting with specialists.
• •Create tasks for vendor consultation or defect correction, providing all requested documentation (logs, database samples, screenshots, statistical data).
• •Conduct analysis and provide conclusions to the initiator of the request.
• •Maintain and update documentation on banking systems, create user instructions and guides, prepare reports on system performance.
