Overview

Wildberries is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to provide user support and resolve technical issues in Moscow office.

Responsibilities

  • โ€ขProvide technical support to users and resolve technical issues according to established regulations;
  • โ€ขAssist in the installation/configuration/troubleshooting of hardware and software failures;
  • โ€ขIdentify system failures, register requests, escalate to 2nd line support, and monitor execution;
  • โ€ขEnsure information security at all work areas and automate administration processes.

Requirements

  • โ€ขHave at least 1 year of experience in technical support and knowledge of PC hardware (diagnostics, block repair);
  • โ€ขExpert in user OS and applications (Windows, MS Office, macOS, iOS, Android, Terminal Services, Exchange, VPN, RDP, AnyDesk);
  • โ€ขUnderstand the principles of DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, TCP/IP and have experience in domain administration (creating/blocking AD accounts, Exchange);
  • โ€ขFamiliar with structured cabling systems, network equipment, and IP telephony (desktop devices and softphone);
  • โ€ขPossess responsibility, psychological stability, teamwork skills, and multitasking ability;
  • โ€ขUnderstand ITIL approaches (incident and problem management).
