Responsibilities
- โขProvide technical support to users and resolve technical issues according to established regulations;
- โขAssist in the installation/configuration/troubleshooting of hardware and software failures;
- โขIdentify system failures, register requests, escalate to 2nd line support, and monitor execution;
- โขEnsure information security at all work areas and automate administration processes.
Requirements
- โขHave at least 1 year of experience in technical support and knowledge of PC hardware (diagnostics, block repair);
- โขExpert in user OS and applications (Windows, MS Office, macOS, iOS, Android, Terminal Services, Exchange, VPN, RDP, AnyDesk);
- โขUnderstand the principles of DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, TCP/IP and have experience in domain administration (creating/blocking AD accounts, Exchange);
- โขFamiliar with structured cabling systems, network equipment, and IP telephony (desktop devices and softphone);
- โขPossess responsibility, psychological stability, teamwork skills, and multitasking ability;
- โขUnderstand ITIL approaches (incident and problem management).
