Seeking a Test Automation Lead / QA Manager with over 3 years of experience in QA leadership and automated testing.

- β’Over 3 years of experience as a QA Lead / Test Manager.
- β’Experience in automated testing (Selenium / UFT / TestComplete / IBM RR).
- β’Building centralized test frameworks for multiple teams.
- β’Organizing manual and automated testing.
- β’Proficiency with bug-tracking and test management systems (Jira, HP ALM).
- β’Knowledge of databases (Oracle / PostgreSQL / MSSQL) and complex SQL queries.
- β’Understanding of SDLC and development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
- β’Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- β’Familiarity with Git / SVN.
- β’Understanding of web technologies, XML, and web services.
