You are suitable if you understand:

- •How the risk-engine operates on CEX
- •How liquidity for hot wallets is calculated
- •How A-book / B-book logic works
- •How CEX actually earns
- •How to combat fraud, bots, and abuse
Key competencies:
- •Understanding of the order book: depth, spread, bids/asks
- •Working with margin, collateral, PnL
- •Setting up risk-engine and limits
- •Controlling liquidations and margin systems
- •Working with liquidity providers and market behavior
- •Anti-fraud, KYC limits, risk controls
What won't suit:
- •Only trading experience without understanding the internal workings of CEX
- •Only DeFi / DEX / Web3 experience
- •Market makers without operational exchange experience.
