Looking for an experienced retention manager for a stable arbitration team in the Forex vertical.

## What you'll do

• •Identify points of churn and develop a plan for 2–4 weeks.
• •Write scenarios (loss, not trading, disappeared).
• •Ensure retention does not equal spam.

## Conditions

• •Daytime schedule 5/2.

• •Male, 27–40 years old, with 3+ years of experience in Forex/binary options.
• •Skills in analytics: segments, metrics, A/B testing, causality.
• •CRM: funnels (welcome → activation → winback), triggers, timing.
• •Communication: works calmly with clients in deficit, without pressure.
• •Forex base: understands churn, risk management, compliance.
