What you'll do
- •Purchase push traffic in networks (Traffic Stars, Traffic Junky, Adsterra, ExoClick, etc.).
- •Full cycle setup: creatives, texts, targeting, bid management.
- •Analytics and optimization: work with CPC, CPM, CR, CPA. Constant testing of combinations, pre-landers, and scaling profitable campaigns.
Conditions
- •Salary: 150,000 – 250,000 ₽ + bonuses based on ROMI.
- •Format: Remote. Considering both full-time and contract work (contractor).
Required
- •2+ years of experience in purchasing push traffic in the adult niche (critical).
- •Understanding of platform specifics: what passes moderation, what converts, and what not to spend budget on.
- •Proficient with trackers (Binom, Keitaro, Voluum).
- •Strong numerical skills: you operate with CPA metrics of paying users and know how to scale without losing quality.
