We drive traffic to the US through web funnels (web2web), actively testing and scaling. There is no bureaucracy — decisions are made within a day.
Responsibilities
- •Traffic acquisition in Meta Ads for multiple products and funnels simultaneously
- •Testing hypotheses: creatives, audiences, landing pages, price sets
- •Analyzing the funnel from impression to paying user: CPM / CTR / CPL / CPA / ROAS
- •Setting tasks for the creative team and landing page developers
- •Finding insights through spy tools and competitor analysis
- •Documenting tests and hypotheses

Requirements
- •2–4 years in paid UA / performance marketing, with Meta Ads as the main channel

- •Ability to work with test budgets of $10–20K and extract insights
- •Strong analytics skills: pivot tables, unit economics, able to see insights behind the numbers
- •English B1+ (reading documentation and creative materials)
