UGC Creative Producer

Looking for a UGC Creative Producer to build a creative production system from scratch and lead a team of UGC creators for a leading Roblox games marketplace. The largest marketplace for games on Roblox. Millions of players, daily testing of advertising creatives, real performance marketing. Large advertising budgets, daily tests, and one problem: the bottleneck of growth is creatives.

• •Build a creative production system from scratch
• •Form and develop a team of UGC creators
• •Analyze results with the performance team and make data-driven decisions
• •Initially, work hands-on: write scripts, test formats, immerse in the audience

• •Experience in performance creatives for Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or similar
• •Knowledge of Roblox is preferable — audience, trends, in-game context
• •Understanding of CTR, CPA, ROAS, Hook Rate, and ability to work with these metrics
• •Experience managing a team or contractors
• •English B2+
