Responsibilities
- •Creating Creatives — ~80%
- •Shoot UGC creatives for Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube Shorts.
- •Work on camera: reactions, reviews, storytelling, game scenarios, and other formats.
- •Record Roblox gameplay with voiceover.
- •Adapt content for different games, audiences, and GEO.
- •Create new versions of successful concepts: hooks, scripts, CTAs, and presentations.
- •Quickly test new ideas and formats.
- •Editing and Packaging — ~15%
- •Edit videos in CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar.
- •Add subtitles, graphics, sound effects, and other elements to retain attention.
- •Adapt videos to formats and requirements of advertising platforms.
- •Team Collaboration — ~5%
- •Work according to briefs from the Creative Lead and Performance team.
- •Participate in the development of new concepts and advertising hypotheses.
- •Propose your own ideas and improvements.
