Description
What you'll do
- •Manage a network of 50+ influencers/actors simultaneously.
- •Work with the US market and Tier-1 (UK, Canada, Europe).
- •Understand TikTok and Instagram algorithms, video uniqueness methods, account warming, and shadow ban avoidance.
- •Performance mindset: control Retention within videos, CTR hooks (first 3 seconds), and conversion of views to installs.
- •Build and scale UGC networks in Tier-1 markets.
- •Manage branded accounts, create unique content systems for mobile subscription apps.
- •Produce briefs and scripts, monitor American trends.
- •Quality control and content upload, test creatives.
- •Create a direction from scratch and build a micro-team with growth potential to department head.
Conditions
- •Start with part-time (trial period) transitioning to full-time based on results.
- •Remote work (Global, preferably UTC-friendly time zones).
Requirements
- •Experience in managing a network of 50+ influencers/actors.
