Description

What you'll do

  • โ€ขLead generation for fintech projects (FTD, deposits) in Tier 2-3 foreign markets.
  • โ€ขTraffic acquisition from Facebook, TikTok, Google, etc. โ€” directly to products, landing pages, and Telegram funnels.
  • โ€ขTraffic processing in Telegram: audience engagement, working with scripts, driving to deposit.
  • โ€ขIndependently launch hypotheses from scratch: study the product โ†’ propose connections โ†’ launch quickly (creative team available, but if you can do it yourself, it's a plus).
  • โ€ขTransfer established processes to the team as workload increases and subsequently control team performance.
  • โ€ขAssist in other agency projects: setting up traffic, funnels, and lead generation for AI avatars and other products.

Conditions

  • โ€ขService contract, not employment contract.
  • โ€ขPayments in crypto.
  • โ€ขFull-time, only with us (no freelancing or parallel projects).
  • โ€ขFrom $1,800 to $2,200 fixed during the trial period.
  • โ€ขAfter the trial period - from 10% of the net profit of the direction from all projects.
  • โ€ขTrial period โ€” 1 month.

We finance inflows, tests, team, and expenses, and everything needed for results.

Requirements

  • โ€ขReal experience in performance acquisition: fintech, deposits, subscriptions โ€” mandatory.
  • โ€ขAbility to build funnels and calculate unit economics: CAC, CPL, CPA, LTV โ€” understand what influences them.
  • โ€ขStructure: ability to lead a project from idea to result โ€” at least in a Google spreadsheet with tasks and deadlines.
  • โ€ขTransparency: for founders and clients, it should be clear without unnecessary questions at what stage the project is, what the last step was, and what the next will be (to avoid micromanagement).
  • โ€ขHigh speed, independence, ownership.
  • โ€ขUse AI to save time on routine tasks โ€” this is mandatory, not optional.

Bonus: Ability to create simple and quick creatives or write briefs and manage a creative team.
