What You Will Do
- β’Lead acquisition strategy and performance across several client projects
- β’Manage and support a team of UA specialists, ensuring high-quality execution
- β’Build scalable frameworks for targeting, bidding, budgeting, and geo expansion
- β’Drive creative testing cycles in partnership with the Creative Production team
- β’Oversee tracking, event validation, and attribution quality across channels
- β’Conduct weekly client reviews with insights, recommendations, and clear action plans
- β’Align UA efforts with product growth and monetization initiatives
- β’Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and competitive landscape changes

What We Expect
- β’3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid UA across Meta, Google, TikTok
- β’Proven results scaling mobile apps in multiple verticals
- β’Experience with web-to-web acquisition flows
- β’Strong analytical thinking and comfort with post-ATT measurement approaches
- β’Familiarity with attribution and analytics tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc.)
- β’Strong understanding of subscription economics
- β’Ability to mentor, guide, and support UA specialists
- β’Confident communicator with experience presenting strategy and performance to clients
- β’Ability to structure experiments, interpret results, and recommend next steps
- β’Fluent English and solid cross-functional collaboration skills
