What You Will Do

  • β€’Lead acquisition strategy and performance across several client projects
  • β€’Manage and support a team of UA specialists, ensuring high-quality execution
  • β€’Build scalable frameworks for targeting, bidding, budgeting, and geo expansion
  • β€’Drive creative testing cycles in partnership with the Creative Production team
  • β€’Oversee tracking, event validation, and attribution quality across channels
  • β€’Conduct weekly client reviews with insights, recommendations, and clear action plans
  • β€’Align UA efforts with product growth and monetization initiatives
  • β€’Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and competitive landscape changes

What We Expect

  • β€’3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid UA across Meta, Google, TikTok
  • β€’Proven results scaling mobile apps in multiple verticals
  • β€’Experience with web-to-web acquisition flows
  • β€’Strong analytical thinking and comfort with post-ATT measurement approaches
  • β€’Familiarity with attribution and analytics tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc.)
  • β€’Strong understanding of subscription economics
  • β€’Ability to mentor, guide, and support UA specialists
  • β€’Confident communicator with experience presenting strategy and performance to clients
  • β€’Ability to structure experiments, interpret results, and recommend next steps
  • β€’Fluent English and solid cross-functional collaboration skills
