Vice President Finance

Tokenized Energy seeks a Vice President Finance to manage operations, tech development, and strategic partnerships in the oil & gas sector.

Remote role with occasional in-person meetings.

Tokenized Energy revolutionizes access to US upstream oil & gas investments by tokenizing equity on the Base blockchain and by otherwise connecting oil and gas assets to onchain capital markets via other strategies.

Our platform is reshaping traditional energy investing.

## What you'll do

• •Manage the Tokenized Energy Platform on a day-to-day basis.
• •Coordinate with BD partner, reservoir engineer, land, & legal for new investment listings.
• •Manage tech partner to build new software versions and features.
• •Prepare financial models for investment opportunities.
• •Manage outsourced financial and tax support service providers.
• •Identify and pursue strategic partnerships in the digital asset space.
• •Prepare investor updates and materials for capital raises.
• •Conduct research on the digital asset sector, focusing on DeFi.

• •3-5 years of work/investing experience in US upstream oil & gas.
• •Excel/financial modeling skills.
• •Experience coordinating deals/investments.
• •Experience with software/blockchain-based financial structures is a plus.
• •Familiarity with DeFi concepts and industry participants.
• •Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• •Ability to work in a small, entrepreneurial team.
