What you will work on
- •Manage a portfolio of Key Account customers.
- •Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
- •Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
- •Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
- •Be available 24/7 for high-end, high-value players and attending to hospitality events.
- •Work closely with internal teams, in order to serve high-value customers and provide a VIP customer experience.
- •Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal stakeholders using key account metrics.

What you bring
- •Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- •1+ year of working experience in the VIP team and betting company or experience in Account Management B2C.
- •Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
- •Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- •Understanding of CRM tools.
- •Ability in problem-solving and negotiation.
- •Fluency in English will be a plus.
