Overview

Responsibilities

  • •Prompt response to key triggers: decreased activity, large wins or losses, risk of churn.
  • •Resolving non-standard requests and complex situations of VIP clients.
  • •Segmenting the player base and prioritizing work based on client value.
  • •Maintaining CRM and reporting on player interactions.

Conditions

  • •Knowledge of English for internal communication is a plus.
  • •Experience with iGaming CRM platforms (Fast Track, Customer.io, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus.
  • •Understanding of casino bonus mechanics: wager, cashback, free spins, and other retention tools is a plus.
  • •Experience with retention, churn, and reactivation metrics is a plus.
  • •Experience interacting with international teams is a plus.

Requirements

  • •At least 1 year of experience in the casino sector.
  • •Direct communication experience with players in the role of VIP Manager, Retention Manager, VIP Support, or similar position.
  • •Good understanding of the CIS market and behavior of the Russian-speaking audience.
  • •Fluent in Russian.
  • •High level of communication and emotional intelligence.
  • •Confident working with CRM systems, admin panels, and spreadsheets.
  • •Willingness to relocate to Dubai after successfully passing the probation period.
