Overview
We are looking for an experienced VIP Manager to work with high-value players in the iGaming sector, focusing on developing long-term relationships and enhancing loyalty through a personalized approach.
Responsibilities
- •Personal support and development of a portfolio of VIP players.
- •Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients.
- •Communication with players through various channels.
- •Retaining and reactivating clients through an individual approach.
- •Developing personalized bonus offers and promotions.
- •Prompt response to key triggers: decreased activity, large wins or losses, risk of churn.
- •Resolving non-standard requests and complex situations of VIP clients.
- •Segmenting the player base and prioritizing work based on client value.
- •Maintaining CRM and reporting on player interactions.
Conditions
- •Knowledge of English for internal communication is a plus.
- •Experience with iGaming CRM platforms (Fast Track, Customer.io, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus.
- •Understanding of casino bonus mechanics: wager, cashback, free spins, and other retention tools is a plus.
- •Experience with retention, churn, and reactivation metrics is a plus.
- •Experience interacting with international teams is a plus.
Requirements
- •At least 1 year of experience in the casino sector.
- •Direct communication experience with players in the role of VIP Manager, Retention Manager, VIP Support, or similar position.
- •Good understanding of the CIS market and behavior of the Russian-speaking audience.
- •Fluent in Russian.
- •High level of communication and emotional intelligence.
- •Confident working with CRM systems, admin panels, and spreadsheets.
- •Willingness to relocate to Dubai after successfully passing the probation period.
