What you'll do
- •Maintain regular personal communication with VIP clients (email, messengers, calls), ensuring a high level of service;
- •Monitor the activity of the VIP player portfolio, quickly identify declines in engagement, and develop measures to retain players;
- •Develop, agree upon, and launch personalized offers — cashback, deposit bonuses, exclusive gifts, and event invitations;
- •Analyze financial and gaming statistics of the portfolio (deposits, withdrawals, turnover, frequency of play) and adapt interaction strategies;
- •Quickly and efficiently coordinate work with support, finance, and product departments to resolve VIP client issues.
Conditions
- •Work format: remote, from anywhere in the world.
- •Working hours: full-time. Must be able to work within US time zones (flexible schedule under US time zones);
- •Compensation: $2,500–3,500 gross per month (fixed part) + bonuses based on results;
