What you'll do
- •Support and retain key clients with high gaming turnover;
- •Reactivate VIP players with personalized offers;
- •Manage bonus campaigns and special promotions;
- •Analyze key metrics: GGR, NGR, retention, LTV;
- •Identify reasons for churn and develop strategies to reduce turnover;
- •Deep knowledge of player psychology and market trends;
- •Conduct negotiations and resolve conflicts.
Conditions
- •Remote work: fully remote position under a service contract;
- •Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (GMT+3), with flexibility and trust, no micromanagement;
