## What you'll do

  • Own and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth and top-revenue VIP clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients across onboarding, account support, product adoption, and portfolio growth.
  • Deliver a high-touch, concierge-style experience through direct messaging and real-time communication channels.
  • Actively drive upsell and cross-sell across the VIP product suite.
  • Conduct structured discovery conversations to understand client goals.
  • Work closely with sales, product, and operations teams to deliver seamless client experiences.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in relationship management, account management, sales, or client advisory roles within financial services, fintech, trading, brokerage, or crypto.
  • Demonstrated success in upselling and cross-selling complex financial or technology products.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to influence client behavior.
  • High emotional intelligence and outstanding communication skills.
  • Experience using CRM platforms to manage pipelines and client engagement.
  • Familiarity with real-time client communication tools such as Telegram.
