What you'll do
- •Search and attract wealthy (VIP) clients, building a network of VIP clients across the CIS region.
- •Manage relationships with existing VIP clients, providing personalized service to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- •Develop and implement growth strategies for VIP clients to increase assets under management (AUM).
- •Stimulate trading volume growth among VIP clients, contributing to increased platform commission revenue.
- •Monitor regulatory changes in the CIS, market dynamics, and competitor VIP strategies.
- •Regular reporting to the head of business development in the CIS on the progress of the VIP direction, key performance indicators (KPI), and strategic recommendations.
Conditions
- •Work from Russia with readiness for periodic business trips if necessary.
