Description
What you'll do
- •Identify and acquire potential high-value clients through multiple channels such as in-person visits, industry events, communities and referrals.
- •Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients; conduct regular reviews to understand their trading needs, capital scale and product preferences.
- •Develop an in-depth understanding of major product lines on leading trading platforms and provide professional comparison and recommendations to clients.
- •Continuously track industry trends, competitor strategies and new product types; quickly absorb new knowledge and translate it into valuable insights and suggestions for clients.

- •Competitive salary range of $75K-$125K.

Requirements
- •At least 2 years of work experience in the Web3 industry, with hands-on usage or service experience related to major exchanges, wallets, custody solutions, DeFi products, etc.
- •Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- •Basic understanding of financial markets, derivatives and risk–return; background in banking, securities or asset management is a strong plus.
- •Clear KPI & result orientation, and comfortable using data to measure and manage performance.
- •Able to work in both Chinese and English (listening, speaking, reading and writing).
- •Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related fields are preferred.
