Description
What you'll do
- •Define and own zerohash's global ecosystem and product partnership strategy.
- •Lead sourcing, evaluation, and negotiations for new chain, token, and strategic product partnerships.
- •Build and manage a pipeline of ecosystem opportunities.
- •Shape joint product strategies with blockchain foundations, token issuers, and fintech partners.
- •Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to oversee delivery of all ecosystem integrations.
- •Structure and negotiate commercial frameworks and strategic agreements.
- •Represent zerohash at the highest levels across the ecosystem.
- •Build and mentor a high-performing team across partnerships and partner success.

Requirements
- •8 to 12 years of experience in fintech, crypto infrastructure, or enterprise partnerships.
- •Proven track record owning and closing complex, multi-party deals.
- •Strong technical understanding of zerohash's infrastructure.
- •Deep knowledge of blockchain architectures, token models, and compliance considerations.
- •Experience working directly with Product and Engineering leadership.
- •Executive presence and strategic thinking.
