Overview

Responsibilities
- •Create design layouts for landing pages for courses and events
- •Develop designs for forms, files, and occasionally presentations
- •Work in Figma and understand how Tilda blocks are structured (to ensure designs are implementable)
- •Plan adaptive designs for different devices (desktop, tablet, mobile)
- •Quickly engage with tasks — often results are needed in a short timeframe
Conditions
- •Remote work — work from anywhere in the world
- •Flexible schedule — main requirement is to be available during working hours and meet deadlines
- •Project-based employment — approximately 3-4 days a week, but tasks are not daily
- •Intensive sprints — sometimes need to create 2-3 designs a week, sometimes more
Requirements
- •Experience with Figma (confident use)
- •Understanding of web design principles: adaptability, grids, typography, UX
- •Familiarity with Tilda (not necessarily coding, but knowing how blocks are structured)
- •Modern visual style — we want fresh, beautiful solutions
- •Responsiveness — tasks arise unexpectedly, need to quickly engage
- •Willingness to work in a project format
Will Be a Plus
- •Experience designing landing pages for EdTech or IT products
- •Understanding of marketing and conversion principles (why a button is here and not there)
- •Awareness and interest in modern web design trends
