We are looking for a Web3 Growth Marketing Lead to connect our DeFi products with a unified narrative, drive user acquisition and retention, and execute growth hypotheses. We are developing a Web3 product ecosystem focused on DeFi. We are looking for a marketer who will take charge of the direction ā connecting products with a unified narrative, building acquisition and retention, and driving growth hypotheses to results.
What you'll do
- ā¢Form a unified narrative and cross-product messaging across several DeFi products
- ā¢Be responsible for the go-to-market of new releases: positioning, launch narrative, channel launches
- ā¢Generate growth hypotheses and launch them as measurable campaigns
- ā¢Drive acquisition across all channels: community, quests, KOL/influencer, paid crypto traffic, partnerships
- ā¢Design retention mechanics: points programs, quests, airdrop/loyalty, referral activations ā retention, not one-time farming
- ā¢Translate product mechanics (tiers, NFT accesses, staking, automation) into understandable communication
- ā¢Analyze results (on-chain + off-chain), calculate CAC/ROI/LTV and retention, report on metrics
