Overview

We are looking for a Middle Windows DevOps Engineer to join our international IT company developing high-load backend services. Relocation to Cyprus or Serbia is provided. We are an international product IT company developing high-load backend services. Our team is responsible for the production infrastructure of a large scale: thousands of services, hundreds of servers, on-prem + cloud.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain CI/CD on GitLab CI and TeamCity;
  • Automate deployment and configuration management via Ansible/AWX;
  • Develop and operate HashiCorp Nomad, integrations with Consul/Vault;
  • Support Windows infrastructure, AD, IIS, Kestrel, and Windows Services;
  • Work with Vault/Consul, Nexus/Artifactory;
  • Enhance monitoring, logging, and observability;
  • Participate in releases and infrastructure changes;
  • Analyze production incidents, conduct postmortems, and eliminate root causes;
  • Improve fault tolerance and standardize infrastructure.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with Windows Infrastructure + Active Directory;
  • Proficient PowerShell at production level;
  • Experience in building and supporting CI/CD;
  • Practical experience with HashiCorp Nomad;
  • Ansible and IaC approaches;
  • Understanding of PKI and working with certificates;
  • Experience in building .NET applications — MSBuild / dotnet build / NuGet;
  • Understanding of containerization, virtualization, and Hyper-V;
  • Experience with monitoring and logging: Grafana, Zabbix, ELK/OpenSearch;
  • Ability to diagnose issues at the infrastructure, OS, and pipeline levels;
  • Basic Linux knowledge.

Nice to have

  • C# / Go, OpenTelemetry, AWX, k3s/k8s, Tier model AD, and experience with high-load backend services.
