Ripple is seeking a Workplace Design Manager in New York to develop and manage global interior design standards, ensuring brand consistency across all locations.

## What you'll do

• •Develop and evolve Ripple’s global interior design standards.
• •Create and maintain design documentation.
• •Develop and review space plans for new locations and expansions.
• •Lead design review and approval processes.
• •Own the FF&E program and environmental graphic design.
• •Maintain accurate floor plans for all Ripple offices.
