What you'll do
- •Run the office daily, ensuring high standards for space, supplies, furniture, and vibes.
- •Set and maintain operational standards.
- •Select and manage vendors (cleaning, catering, facilities).
- •Own, plan, and track the workplace budget.
- •Ensure a strong impression for investors, candidates, and partners.
- •Collaborate with IT and Security on office systems (visitor management, room booking, inventory, maintenance).
- •Make the office sustainable and accessible (waste, energy, recycling, ADA compliance).
- •Own workplace health and safety, including routine checks, ergonomics, and local compliance.
- •Run emergency preparedness with the Security team.
- •Work with Security on physical access and incident response.
- •Build and lead the workplace team, setting goals, coaching, and developing playbooks/SOPs.
- •Partner with People, Finance, IT, and Security.
- •Track and report workplace metrics (utilization, satisfaction, spend).
- •Own the in-office events program (happy hours, celebrations, All Hands).
- •Partner with People on culture programming (swag, welcome kits, recognition, onboarding).
- •Lead the workplace team through office build-outs, managing landlord relationships, ensuring lease compliance, and coordinating with designers and architects to deliver new spaces on time and budget.
- •Scope/build out new sites as Polymarket expands.
