Description
What you'll do
As a YouTube Producer, you will:
- •Control editing and timely delivery of materials
- •Develop thumbnails and creatives for A/B testing
- •Organize shooting processes and manage deadlines
- •Create content plans and channel development strategies
- •Research and verify ideas, create titles/descriptions/tags
- •Analyze metrics (CTR, retention, reach), monitor trends and competitors
- •Communicate with contractors (editors, designers)
- •Engage with the audience: community, comments

- •Is systematic and result-oriented
