Anduril is seeking a detail-oriented Early Career Finance Coordinator to join their FP&A team in Costa Mesa, CA. This role involves managing accounts payable, ensuring data quality, and supporting month-end close tasks. What You’ll Do

  • Accounts Payable & Transaction Workflows
  • Review and ensure purchase orders are properly coded and routed to the correct Finance approvers
  • Monitor AP queues and flag transactions that are miscoded, stalled, or missing approvals
  • Liaise between requestors, approvers, and the accounting team to resolve PO and invoice exceptions
  • Reporting & Data Quality
  • Pull recurring reports from Oracle and other finance systems on a regular cadence so Finance BPs can focus on analysis
  • Scrub and validate data for accuracy before it reaches senior stakeholders; catch coding errors, incorrect cost centers, etc.
  • FP&A Operations Support
  • Assist with month-end close tasks, including accrual support, variance commentary prep, and uploading journal entries or budget data into planning tools
  • Help coordinate deliverable deadlines across the FP&A team
  • Maintain the team's SOPs and process documentation as workflows evolve

Required Qualifications

  • Recent graduates with strong internship experience
  • Proficiency in Excel; you're comfortable with PivotTables, VLOOKUPs/XLOOKUPs, and building clean, structured trackers
  • Exceptional attention to detail; you catch errors others miss and value data quality
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple recurring workflows simultaneously
  • Clear written and verbal communication; comfortable following up with stakeholders across levels to resolve issues or gather information

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Oracle ERP or a similar enterprise system (SAP, NetSuite, etc.)
  • Exposure to FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, variance analysis
  • Familiarity with a planning tool such as Oracle EPM, Anaplan, etc.
  • Experience at a high-growth startup or a company going through rapid operational scaling
