What You’ll Do

  • Rotate through four teams within Strategic Security Services over 12 months (3 months each):
  • Travel Security and Risk Advisory: Assess travel risks, develop mitigation strategies, and directly support employees operating in complex or high-risk environments.
  • Global Security Operations Center (GSOC): Contribute to 24/7 monitoring operations and incident response protocols.
  • Threat Intelligence: Support the collection, analysis, and dissemination of threat intelligence to internal stakeholders.
  • Protective Intelligence: Support proactive efforts to identify, assess, and mitigate threats to Anduril personnel and assets.
  • Translate complex security data, risk assessments, and incident reporting into crisp executive briefings, dashboards, and written summaries.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Growth, Legal, People Operations, IT, and other teams.
  • Access structured mentorship from Strategic Security Services leaders.
  • Graduate from the 12-month program ready to step into a full-time role.

What We Offer

Required Qualifications

  • Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Homeland Security, International Relations, Political Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
  • Proven discretion and judgment when handling sensitive information.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior internship, research, or work experience in corporate security, intelligence analysis, law enforcement, military, risk consulting, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated leadership, initiative, or ownership in academic projects or work experience.
  • Familiarity with threat intelligence frameworks, risk assessment methodologies, or security operations tools.
  • Comfort operating in fast-moving, high-stakes environments.
