Join Anduril's Strategic Security Services team as a Strategic Security Analyst in a rotational program, gaining hands-on experience across multiple teams while contributing to military capabilities with advanced technology. What You’ll Do
- •Rotate through four teams within Strategic Security Services over 12 months (3 months each):
- •Travel Security and Risk Advisory: Assess travel risks, develop mitigation strategies, and directly support employees operating in complex or high-risk environments.
- •Global Security Operations Center (GSOC): Contribute to 24/7 monitoring operations and incident response protocols.
- •Threat Intelligence: Support the collection, analysis, and dissemination of threat intelligence to internal stakeholders.
- •Protective Intelligence: Support proactive efforts to identify, assess, and mitigate threats to Anduril personnel and assets.
- •Translate complex security data, risk assessments, and incident reporting into crisp executive briefings, dashboards, and written summaries.
- •Collaborate cross-functionally with Growth, Legal, People Operations, IT, and other teams.
- •Access structured mentorship from Strategic Security Services leaders.
- •Graduate from the 12-month program ready to step into a full-time role.
What We Offer
- •Salary Range: $59,000 — $80,000 USD.

Required Qualifications
- •Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Homeland Security, International Relations, Political Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- •Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- •Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- •High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- •Proven discretion and judgment when handling sensitive information.
- •Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
- •Prior internship, research, or work experience in corporate security, intelligence analysis, law enforcement, military, risk consulting, or a related field.
- •Demonstrated leadership, initiative, or ownership in academic projects or work experience.
- •Familiarity with threat intelligence frameworks, risk assessment methodologies, or security operations tools.
- •Comfort operating in fast-moving, high-stakes environments.
