What you'll do
- •Manage day-to-day communication with assigned platform clients
- •Track and coordinate ongoing client requests, issues and follow-ups
- •Work closely with Support, Product, Payments and Providers teams
- •Monitor task statuses and ensure timely client updates
- •Assist clients with platform-related operational questions
- •Participate in regular syncs and operational meetings with clients
- •Escalate critical issues when necessary
- •Support client retention and long-term relationships
- •Identify operational improvement and growth opportunities
- •Maintain clear visibility of client-related operational activities after launch
Conditions
- •B2B Contract (40 hours per week)
