Join BetConstruct as an Account Operations Specialist and be the primary liaison between Account Managers and internal departments, ensuring smooth operations and compliance. Softonstruct is on a search for a new player to join our team.
What you'll do
- •Act as the primary operational liaison and intermediary between Account Managers and internal departments (Legal, compliance etc)
- •Manage and track internal tasks across concerned departments to ensure contract fulfillment and project onboarding
- •Own and organize the end-to-end partner document signature process, ensuring all contracts, NDAs, and agreements are properly routed, signed, and archived
- •Monitor task statuses across project management tools to ensure internal teams meet SLA deadlines for partner requests
- •Assist in troubleshooting administrative or workflow bottlenecks that delay partner onboarding or contract execution
- •Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation and records of all active partner contracts and legal agreements
- •Provide regular status updates to account Managers regarding the progress of their clients' operational tasks and legal workflows
- •Ensure compliance with internal operational protocols and data handling policies
- •Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor that align with the job description and comply with the labor code
