- •Coordinate collaboration between different departments to ensure successful project execution.
- •Organize meetings, follow up on action items, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- •Identify process improvement opportunities and support initiatives aimed at increasing operational efficiency.
- •Prepare project reports, presentations, and status updates for the Deputy CEO.
- •Support the Deputy CEO by providing necessary information and coordinating assigned initiatives.
- •Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor that align with the job description and comply with the labor code.
