About the team
The administrative business partner team works with Stripe's leaders to support their day-to-day administrative needs, while also contributing to projects that help drive the company's strategic priorities.
Responsibilities
- •Offer administrative support to our CEO by partnering with their ABP, Family Home Office (FHO), and security team to enable seamless movements for a complex calendar.
- •Support extensive research and logistics for unique and high-caliber offsite events.
- •Travel to offices and support executive onsites.
- •Track, manage, and reconcile expenses monthly.
- •Liaise with external contacts for a high volume of external speaking engagements, mapping out all aspects of the engagement (e.g. travel, security access, briefing materials, etc.).
- •Manage end-to-end complex travel including planning, presenting various creative options in advance of domestic and international trips.
- •Identify opportunities to establish new—and improve existing—administrative systems and processes. A firm understanding of AI capabilities and a desire to go deep to test implementation of new systems and tools are critical.
- •Own and manage complex annual projects that require exec engagement in addition to ad hoc projects.
- •Build cross-functional relationships between key executive-level stakeholders.
- •On-the-ground logistical and general administrative office support.

Requirements
- •5+ years of administrative experience at a quickly-scaling or large company.
- •Proven skills in organization and processes, with superb attention to detail and a strong ability to execute.
- •Experience in complex time management and demonstrated ability to quickly shift tasks and priorities as needed.
- •Experience operating with a strong sense of ownership and believe trust is built on ensuring nothing is ever dropped.
- •Proven experience in building systems and processes that enable you to balance a high volume of tasks without ever missing details or losing sight of long-term goals.
- •Experience working across various roles and teams in a fast-paced, changing environment while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient.
- •Proven experience in communicating, performing, and reacting well under pressure or ambiguity.
- •Experience in optimizing processes to make them more efficient.
- •Experienced at handling sensitive information and situations with care and confidence.
- •Demonstrated ability to anticipate and respond to the needs of others before they arise.
- •Experienced with AI tools and have integrated them into your workflows effectively.
