Looking for an Affiliate Manager with proven experience in iGaming to expand the affiliate network and drive sustainable growth of new partners, focusing on finding and developing new partnerships.
What you'll do
- ā¢Search, onboard, and develop new partners: SEO publishers, affiliates, webmasters, and agencies;
- ā¢Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners;
- ā¢Identify and attract new SEO traffic sources and partnership opportunities;
- ā¢Negotiate commercial terms: CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, and Spend models;
- ā¢Launch, monitor, and optimize affiliate campaigns;
- ā¢Analyze partner results and traffic quality: Registrations ā FTD ā LTV ā ROI;
- ā¢Control and optimize key KPIs: CPA, FTD, ROI, LTV, and retention;
- ā¢Identify and disable low-quality traffic sources;
- ā¢Work with tracking platforms: AppsFlyer, Keitaro, Alanbase, UTM, postbacks, and others;
- ā¢Prepare reports on results and identify new growth points;
- ā¢Analyze competitors and continuously expand the affiliate network;
- ā¢Collaborate closely with CRM, Product, Media Buying, and Analytics teams.
