Responsibilities
- ā¢Deal live casino games on camera including Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat
- ā¢Speak to online players in a friendly, professional way
- ā¢Follow game procedures and on-screen prompts
- ā¢Keep the game moving smoothly and accurately
- ā¢Bring positive energy and professionalism to every shift
- ā¢Maintain attendance, appearance, and performance standards
- ā¢Complete paid dealer training through Evolution Academy
Conditions
- ā¢$17.25/hr+ including base rate and guaranteed tip rate, averaging $20ā25/hr

Requirements
- ā¢Must be 21 years of age or older
- ā¢Must pass required background checks
- ā¢Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Pennsylvania gaming license
- ā¢Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

- ā¢Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude
