You'll host live casino games — Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat — on camera from a professional broadcast studio while players join online from around the world. No casino experience needed. No hosting experience required. If you've worked as a bartender, bar back, bar manager, or in any hospitality role, you already have the energy, composure, and people skills we look for. We train you on the rest.
What You'll Do
- •Host live casino games on camera including Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat
- •Engage online players in a friendly, professional, and entertaining way
- •Follow game procedures and on-screen prompts accurately
- •Keep the game moving smoothly and energetically every shift
- •Bring confidence, personality, and focus to every shift
- •Complete paid training through Evolution Academy
We Offer
- •$17–$18/hr guaranteed starting pay (base + tips)
- •Starting at $7/hr base + $10/hr guaranteed tip rate = $17/hr total
- •After 3 months: base increases to $8/hr + $10/hr tips = $18/hr guaranteed
