What you'll do

  • Acquire, maintain, and optimize business relationships and partnerships to achieve business KPI’s.
  • Build relationships, increase loyalty, and provide customers with a personalized experience.
  • Liaise with in-house resources and operators for promotional fulfillment and analysis.
  • Track performance of promotional campaigns and identify issues.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to optimize strategy and ensure KPI targets are met.
  • Represent the entire range of the Company’s products.
  • Distribute and present information about upcoming game releases.
  • Establish and maintain effective key account relationships.
  • Act as an intermediary between internal departments and customers.
  • Act as an escalation point for customer issues and ensure resolution.
  • Provide root-cause analysis and drive continuous improvement.
  • Proactively assess and validate customer needs.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of Company solutions.
