AI Product & Project Manager

We are looking for an AI Product Manager to drive AI projects, identify valuable AI applications, develop AI products, and achieve measurable business results.

• •Research client projects, identifying all product opportunities using AI in their work.
• •Formulate product hypotheses and determine the most promising directions for AI development.
• •Conduct discovery and assess the potential business value of AI initiatives.
• •Define MVP and roadmap for client product development.
• •Manage the full product lifecycle - from idea to scaling.
• •Coordinate the work of developers, engineers, analysts, and other team members.
• •Coordinate the implementation of AI assistants (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, custom AI agents) in their work and the delivery team's work.
• •Analyze the effectiveness of implemented solutions using product and business metrics (ROI, time savings, efficiency growth, user value).
• •Seek new opportunities for applying AI to enhance business efficiency and create competitive advantages.

• •Interesting AI and no-code projects for international clients.
• •Opportunity to influence the development of the company's AI direction.

• •Experience as a Product Manager, AI Product Manager, Project Manager, or Operations Manager for at least 2 years.
• •Practical experience in implementing AI solutions or automating business processes.
• •Understanding of the capabilities and limitations of modern LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and others).
• •Experience in conducting discovery and formulating product hypotheses.
• •Ability to define MVP and prioritize product development.
• •Skill in making data-driven decisions based on business metrics.
• •Experience interacting with developers, analysts, and business stakeholders.
• •Strong analytical skills.
• •Experience in preparing product and technical documentation.
• •Conversational English - B2+ and above.
