What You’ll Do
- •Build and iterate on planning, forecasting, and operational processes that support how the company runs
- •Turn unclear or messy problems into structured analytical analyses and clear recommendations
- •Build and maintain analytical models in Excel and other tools to support planning, forecasting, and executive decision making
- •Work directly with large, imperfect datasets to surface insights that inform leadership decisions
- •Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Business Development, the divisions, and other functional leaders
- •Prepare concise, high-quality materials for executive and leadership reviews

Required Qualifications
- •You have 1+ years of experience in an investment banking, management consulting, or internal strategy & operations role
- •High ownership mindset with a bias towards action
- •Excellent analytical skills and comfort working with imperfect or incomplete data
- •Ability to move between details and the big picture as needed
- •Clear written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to senior leaders
- •Comfort operating in ambiguity and building structure from scratch
