• •Leading the projects from the art side and leading the assigned artists.
• •Be responsible for final delivery, and quality control in accordance with the project's artistic direction, technical restrictions, and deadlines.
• •Helping with creating all necessary materials for the project from the concept phase until the final product.
• •Managing multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and adjusting schedules as needed.
• •Reviewing graphic materials to assess their validity and appropriateness.
• •Quality control, identifying work process improvements.
• •Create a working environment friendly and constructively for cross-team collaboration, ensuring a productive internal workflow.
