What you'll do
- •Manage a team of 2D artists, UI/UX designer, and AI specialists;
- •Participate in product meetings and project development discussions;
- •Set and distribute tasks, monitor deadlines and results;
- •Prepare and update art guides;
- •Control the quality of visual materials and provide constructive feedback;
- •Collaborate with animators and other team members;
- •Ensure stylistic consistency of gaming projects;
Conditions
- •Fully remote work format, long-term cooperation;
- •5/2 schedule, full-time;
- •Vacation: 28 working days;
- •Compensation of 50% of the cost of relevant training and English language courses;
