Art Lead

Join IGT as an Art Lead in Chicago to shape engaging visual experiences and lead a talented art team in creating high-quality 2D and 3D artwork for gaming. IGT is looking for a talented and collaborative Art Lead to join our creative team in Chicago. In this role, you will help shape engaging visual experiences from early concept through final production. You will create high-quality 2D and 3D artwork, animation, typography, graphic designs, logos, characters, and other visual assets while helping maintain a consistent creative vision across projects.

• •Lead the art team within a land-based slot studio in Chicago.
• •Ensure the delivery of high-quality visual content aligned with overall art direction.
• •Create high-quality visual content, including illustrations, graphic layouts, logos, typography, animation, 3D art, and character designs.
• •Develop production-ready assets that align with creative direction, product specifications, and technical requirements.
• •Maintain visual consistency and bring artwork from initial concept through final production.
• •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement feedback and solve creative or technical challenges.
• •Manage project deliverables, timelines, and organized production files.
• •Contribute to improvements in the art production pipeline and department best practices.
• •Support and mentor less experienced artists while staying current on industry tools and trends.

• •Full-time position through employment contract.
• •Hybrid work setup connected to the local office in Chicago, IL.
• •Estimated starting compensation range: $90,000–$110,000 annually USD.
