• •Provide technical support for issues related to company software products.
• •Troubleshoot, escalate and resolve communication problems between technical equipments.
• •Monitor the company’s hardware and software infrastructure.
• •Communicate efficiently with partners and service providers.
• •Proactively analyze alerts and system data, take appropriate action, document issues, and escalate when necessary.
• •Actively participate in incident response teams (e.g., phishing, ATP, DDoS, malware incidents), helping resolve issues and improve efficiency.
• •Assist in developing incident resolution procedures.
• •Demonstrate solid understanding of core technologies such as firewalls, IPS, etc.
• •Recommend improvements to support processes and procedures.
• •Work with the team to identify risks not currently covered by existing technologies.
• •Demonstrate the ability and willingness to mentor and support junior team members.
• •Perform other tasks assigned by management, in accordance with skills and competencies.
