What you'll do
- •Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designer and product analyst
- •Manage your team's roadmap to align with Wheely’s mission
- •Own your team’s products (existing and new) across from idea, through development, to launch, growth and maintenance:
- •Analyse customer issues and identify product opportunities to reduce the need to contact Customer Service
- •Support the implementation of AI-driven automation in chauffeur contacts
- •Work on internal tools that increase the speed and consistency of contact resolution
- •Find product solutions that help Customer Service agents deliver a more personal experience
