• •Participate in studio build by installing and testing dedicated equipment
• •Maintain equipment for audio - video production, broadcast, signage, and media display
• •Setting up and monitoring audio-visual links between units
• •Quickly identify and repair technical faults on equipment and systems, implementing alternative methods of service provision if possible to minimize interruptions
• •Setting up, operating equipment and transmission links during live broadcasts
• •Install custom audio-visual circuits (low power, data, video and audio cabling)
• •Assembly hardware systems
• •Use awareness of health and work safety procedures
• •Interpreting and implementing instructions and requests from all departments, colleagues and representatives
• •Communicating effectively with members of the team and other colleagues
• •Keeping up to date with the industry and changes in technology by building and maintaining a network of contacts and investigating new systems and techniques
