Automation Stream Lead [Customer IT Support]

Join Plata as an Automation Stream Lead to optimize business processes through automation and AI solutions. Lead a team, define technical strategies, and enhance operational efficiency in a high-tech environment. We are looking for an Automation Stream Lead to join our Automation team. The Automation team is responsible for building and scaling internal automation solutions that optimize business processes across Plata. We design and maintain complex workflows, integrate dozens of internal and external systems, and leverage AI technologies to automate operations, improve efficiency, and enable faster decision-making across the company.

• •Define the roadmap and technical strategy for the automation stream, aligning priorities with business objectives
• •Design, build, and maintain scalable, high-load automation workflows using n8n and other low-code platforms
• •Drive the adoption of AI-powered automations by integrating LLMs, AI agents, vector databases, and intelligent workflows into business processes
• •Mentor engineers, establish engineering standards, conduct workflow and code reviews, and support the team's technical growth
• •Collaborate with cross-functional and international stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• •Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of the company's automation and integration infrastructure
• •Continuously improve automation architecture, development practices, and operational efficiency
