Product Designer Junior/Junior+

Join Plata as a Junior Product Designer and take ownership of core app features in fintech. Ideal for those with a strong portfolio and user-first mindset. We're looking for a motivated Product Designer ready to jump into real-world fintech. You'll be taking ownership of the core of our app: cards and account management.

• •Design core flows: from card ordering and limit settings to transaction history and account analytics.
• •Ship real features: partner closely with product managers, data analysts, and mobile engineers.
• •Maintain the design system: keep our iOS & Android interfaces tight, scalable, and consistent.
• •Test & iterate: build interactive prototypes, run quick corridor tests, and refine based on real user feedback.

• •2+ years of relevant product design experience.
• •Strong UX/UI fundamentals: solid understanding of iOS (HIG) and Android (Material) guidelines, grids, and typography.
• •A portfolio that tells a story: we want to see your thought process, not just pretty shots.
• •Ability to simplify complexity and design clear, user-friendly experiences.
• •Figma proficiency: auto-layouts, components, variants, and interactive prototyping are second nature to you.
• •B2 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team.

• •Experience in fintech, payments, banking, or similar domains.
• •Experience working with AI-driven features or personalization in products.
