What you'll do
- •Grow the client franchise globally through the introduction to QCP’s product and solutions – primarily qualifying and handling inbound client flow.
- •Provide consistent high-touch service to valued prospects / clients throughout their journey with the firm.
- •Support the Sales Team in any campaign / initiative roll outs for client engagement.
- •Work with internal stakeholders to improve client experience and meet client demands.
- •Assist in any implementation enhancements to existing client service workflows.
