What you'll do
- •Manage day-to-day communication with B2B clients
- •Understand business needs and coordinate with Product, Tech, CRM, Payments, Risk, QA, and Support teams
- •Coordinate onboarding, platform launches, and feature rollouts
- •Track client requests, tasks, and delivery progress
- •Monitor client satisfaction and identify growth opportunities
- •Prepare account updates and maintain clear documentation
