Overview
We are looking for a Deliverability Manager to oversee email infrastructure and ensure high deliverability rates in the iGaming sector.
What you'll do
- ā¢Launch and control domain/IP warming through services and manually;
- ā¢Setup and maintain email infrastructure: SPF, DKIM, DMARC, DNS, SMTP, bounce processing, FBL;
- ā¢Check emails through deliverability services, manual and automated tests of content, templates, links, and technical headers;
- ā¢Work with postmasters: Google Postmaster Tools, Microsoft SNDS/JMRP, and other reputation monitoring services;
- ā¢Monitor and improve email delivery rates: inbox/spam placement, bounce rate, complaint rate, domain/IP reputation;
- ā¢Analyze reasons for emails landing in spam, blocks, increased bounce/complaint rates, and prepare solutions;
- ā¢Maintain documentation and statistics on warm-ups, service expenses, changes, and results;
- ā¢Update email chains considering deliverability risks and participate in supporting sending from own SMTP server.
